i love to play any games.pls let u open my big fish games.what happen not open my any games?.i really miss that kind of games.
different from most hidden object games the story lines are great and the play is intriguing. I highly recommend.
through the first 30 minutes of trial I got bored had to get away from the hand holding. OK for a newbie but not if you just want to get on with the game. try it before you buy it. I see that the series is to be done in order?? just saying
I love the characters in this game series and the graphics and music are fun, though not realistic. The HO scenes are pretty easy but I never grow tired of playing these games. Samantha is the female Indiana Jones and she has some great cheesy one-liners!
Great Looking graphics sounds aren't to bad. Simple enough Item List. (You can see most of this review in the Preview Pictures.) Game Play: Hidden Items Puzzle-solving Adventure Good story line and Nice Locations. Side Note: Not everyone likes or Previews a game the same, It's Mostly Based on a Point of View from 1 given person.
Right now, I am re-playing all four of the Samantha Swift Adventures, simply, because it has been a year or so, since, I have played them and I love this series!!! I purchased all four of the Samantha Swift HOGs, back in fall of 2010. I simply fell in love with Samantha Swift and her adventures. I try to play the whole series, every 9 months to a year. This way, the game is "fresh", since, I tend to play so many HOGs, that the little details are forgotten. I do this, with a lot of my HOGs, especially, my favorite ones. Yes, overall all four games are "easy" HOGs, but, sometimes the mini-puzzles can be confusing. In response, to those who have complained about not being able to complete a chapter or segment, so that you can complete the game ... Sometimes, you have to go "back" to go "forward" or go to another area, to find the "item" needed to open a door or passage way. I found that, Samantha Swift and her adventures, was one of the first, to do the "back and forth", to go forward. No, she was not the first, just one of the first. Must admit, when I played the first game of this series, for the very first time, this going back and forth, really annoyed me ... But, as I continued playing more and more HOGs ... Samantha Swift's Adventures really were easy games and very enjoyable ones. One of my favorite parts of this series, is that Samantha has Adam and Dr. Butler with her, in all 4 games. For me, that means continuity and I do like that, when there is a series involved. As each story progresses, the permanent characters, Samantha, Adam and Dr. Butler work together, to solve the mystery of Ancient issues. I also, think this series would be good for kids 10+. There is a lot of reading, since there are no voice overs, so the child must be able to read well and there will be some questions, regarding words they don't know or don't know what the item is, that they are looking for ... However, don't let this stop kids from play
I tried this game twice under two different names and each time when I got to the jungle where you were supposed to blow up the wall to move on, I would have no tools to dig up the item that I needed. What a waste to not be able to finish the game. (Yes I did find all the items but none went into the tool bar.)
i enjoyed this game but was unable to finish. i could not get pass the panel room. there are no instructions on how to get the hammer. i gave up.
Captivating game & characters!!!
Played entire game twice. You visit 7 locations: Athens, Rome, Gautemala, London, France, Tibet and Japan. Gameplay is straightforward; satisfactory ending. Plenty of HOGs - objects easy to find. Each HOG has hidden objects to find, which are noted in blue. A problem was the names of regular objects fade to a pale blue when found, making it difficult to determine from the list whether an object was still hidden or was already found. Perhaps it's how my computer is set up. An easy game when you don't feel like being "thinky."
