This is an awesome game. I spent endless hours on this game and had so much fun building my beaches! My favourite part of the game is the sandbox mode. It's def worth the money!
This is such a fun game! Basically, you travel to different islands building resorts. It is timed, but you can continue playing until you complete the tasks. It also features a sandbox mode for each island.
I love this game. It has great graphics and lots of items to choose from. You can play it over and over again. This game is awesome.
It takes more than the trial run to get the hang of this game. It's a free build, TM, tycoon, strategy game all rolled into one really. You are given goals and it's up to you how to design your beach. It requires some strategy as to the layout you design in order to raise happiness and build cash, all while trying to beat the clock for a gold star on the level. I must say some of the levels were difficult in obtaining that gold star, but once you get in the swing of things it comes easy. There is a lot going on that you must keep an eye on, but I love that frenzied pace in a game like this. Observing the unhappy customers (by clicking on their frowny faces) clues you in as to what's needed to make them happy. You can hire workers to help keep things repaired, or clean up the trash that accumulates. There is a popup with an alerting sound that let's you know something needs fixing or of someone is drowning, so that's helpful. The graphics are decent as is the background music, though I normally keep that low in volume. It has a sandbox option which is nice too. Overall, I enjoy this game, though the pace might be too much for some. I recommend!
I was new to the TM genre and this is the game that got me hooked on Strategy games. At first you will feel out of control and overwhelmed and yet stick it out and before you know it, you'll have learned all the little 'tricks of the trade' that will make YOU a tried and true land developer success. So much fun looking back and seeing what you've developed and the $$$ you are able to make when it all comes together. Check it out... you'll not only create vacation resorts for others in this game, you'll find, as I did, that you'll enjoy developing them as much as a vacation, too!
This is another true building game, which allows you to place buildings where you want them and not in predesignated lots. You can be as creative as you like. This game can be played over and over!
I am thrilled that I got this game on a Daily Deal. Honestly, I think I would have paid full price for it. This game is super cute. If you like any of the Sim building games, or games like Roller Coaster Tycoon, you will love this one. You can build whatever you want, wherever you want as long as you meet the level goals along the way. There is even a sandbox mode if you want no restrictions. While the game isn't nearly as detailed as Roller Coaster Tycoon, it is still very well done. There are still many types of buildings, accessories, and plant life to choose from. You can hire employees such as janitors, security personnel, and engineers. In each level you have specific goals to meet- for instance upgrading or building a specific type of facility, or finding certain objects that have been lost. You hop from island to island, building a resort on each one. Each island has five levels to it, and you improve your resort on that island through each level. This game is as challenging as you want it to be. You don't really have a time limit to the levels, but there is an expert score you can try to reach if you so desire. I personally haven't bothered with the expert score yet- I get so sidetracked trying to build up and improve my resort that I lose track of time. The storyline is good although nothing spectacular. Quite frankly, the graphics blew me away. I really didn't expect a game of this quality for the price. I feel like I've ripped off Big Fish Games by getting this one for $2.99. Well worth the money.
I have Paradise Beach 1 and 2 and I love them both. You get to bulid beautiful beach getaways while having goals or playing in sandbox mode(s). You also can hire workers that help a lot. The locations are really pretty and there are a lot of things you can buy for your beach. I love that in this game you can build things where you want too instead of games where you have to build where they tell you too. Having that option gives you countless ways to rebuild. This is a game I have played more than once and it is a game you won't finish in a couple hours. Its bright, fun, and cheery. I love it!
I played this game over and over again to beat my own expert level. Unfortunately it doesn't seem easy as you might think it would be. I like it and enjoy, but still couldn't beat the expert level how many times I've tried. Love it, recommend it and enjoy it.
