There is a lot going on in this game. And it has a lot of mini-games.
If you love the challenge of beating the clock, this really is a fun game. The mini-games are optional for the most part and you can make it more a typical TMG if you prefer. Graphics aren't bad and upgrades are achievable from the beginning of the game.
i like mystery games. anything that will keep me guessing
This game was a lot of fun. My favorite kind of time management.
I thought this game was great and challenging. The mini games, though fun at first get a bit annoying after a while. If you like tm games then this is definately one to try. Lots of levels and lots of new challenges.
I think its tons of fun but i wish it had more challenages at the end.
its quite fun, and no serious; but at the same time it is still a huge challange, the levels vary and you just wont want the game to end!
IF YOU LOVE MINI GAMES 'OPERATION MANIA" IS FOR YOU!!!
The graphics are nice. You are a doctor taking care of patients. You also do surgery on them, and have the Option to play a mini game for Bonus money. You buy Upgrades for your hospital. Play the trial and have some fun. I bought the full version and do not regret it.
I just wasn't into this game at all. The graphics aren't that bad. Nothing too annoying sound-wise. However, I just did not understand the concept with the mini-games within the levels. I never understood if they were optional or not but with each patient you play a mini-game. I didn't like that at all. I just want to click and put patients were they belong, and if we got some bonus levels or mini-games at the end of the level, that's fun but not like this. I felt this game had the possibility of being good but I'm not sure who decided playing the same mini-games, 50+ times would be a fun thing? Fail.
