Does this game end?

I'm on level 497 and have over 300,000 points and have purchased everything but the game keeps going???

GREAT GAME FOR THE MONEY

This match 3 is a lot of fun, brilliantly designed, with soothing music and a lot of play for the money. There are 3 classes of items to match: tools, treasures, and sea creatures. It is a lot of fun and can be very challenging.

I got hooked on completing this game?

It's a match three with tons of mode options, power up items, colorful if unsophisticated artwork. There are 6 different play modes -- 1 each of swap, group and chain in both hexagonal and square grid forms. You can switch between modes at any time. There is both timed and relaxed options. You can't switch between those, however. The timer seemed generous enough. If you do run out of time, you play the board again -- no lives to lose, so the game can't beat you. The game is enjoyable because there is a lot going on during the match 3 play. You are also collecting Gold, Fish and Tools that you need to buy your underwater city. This is one busy match 3. And with an untimed mode it's certainly a relaxed way to spend some spare time? Actually, a lot of spare time -- this is a long game. It has 420 levels to complete the game -- more if you haven't also reached 300,000 points. There are a variety of power ups earned during board play. (Downside is they are awarded randomly, so you don't always have access to the best one for the board you are playing). Complete the game and you get to open the secret door ? Hopefully getting that far will be it's own reward.

It is ok

It's visually very well done, I like all the bouncy buttons and effects. But the way it plays could be better. I could not figure out when a level is completed - the bar fills up fast, and then it is minutes and minutes where it just stays below the finish - no matter what great combos you make. Maybe I missed something in the instructions, but still...

Loved it!

I love this series. Its nice to take a break from the other more traditional BF games and play this game. I am always sad when I finish building the city.

match 3

really loved it fun game and relaxed

Mediocre Match 3

I'm a huge Match 3 fan but this game is not for me. For one thing, while it's easy to get explosions, they don't seem to actually do anything. Plus there are levels on which you must use powerups and I'm a powerup purist--I don't like to use them at all. It takes forever to buy new things or get new fish swimming in your view. Just not the "bang for the buck" I'm used to in a Match 3 game.

Mindless fun!

If you like to lose yourself in a game, this one is the one. It is definitely one of those games that you can't believe you are playing because it is so repetitive but you just can't stop playing, If there was a 'maybe' recommending the game, I would choose that. It really depends on the person.

my favourite chain match game

I bought this game because of the choice of swap, chain, or blocks. I was a bit frustrated by the difficulty in getting the right balance of gold, tools and fish to build anything but I did eventually find out what the end of the game was. (Pretty, but it takes work to get there). Block matching was never my thing, for swap matching I have other favourites, but for chain matching I still find this the best.

Why am I addicted?

I am a Match 3 fan but hadn't purchased any for awhile because they all seemed very similar to me. After playing a preview of this one I bought because it offers more options for different game play. Group, swap and chain, and you can also choose to play square or hexagon patterns or both. Complete everything to open a secret door at the end, but don't get too excited.
